Our team has over 40 years of combined experience in property development and leasing. They have currently developed three properties, have completed over 50,000 square feet of leasing, and are scouting additional profitable real estate development opportunities throughout Alberta.

Ron began his real estate career in 1991 with Knowlton Realty where he worked as a leasing negotiator. In 1996, he moved to CB Richard Ellis to help expand the CB brand in Edmonton. He served on the investment team at CB for 10 years, rising to the position of Vice President and shareholder in CBRE Alberta. Camgill Enterprises Ltd. identified Ron as the ideal person to lead the privately held development company’s expansion efforts and brought him onboard in 2006. As a Vice President for Camgill, Ron would oversee all aspects of construction and leasing, reviewed new acquisition and development opportunities, and was responsible for long-term client/developer relationships. Ron managed the Camgill office for 10 years and is now the President of Greystone Property Development Corp. He has Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Alberta. Ron is a father of three, and is an avid skier who can be spotted behind a boat in the summer and on the slopes in the winter.

Mark came to Greystone in April 2022 with an extensive background in accounting and residential management. He graduated from the University of Alberta in 2015 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Science and in 2017 he graduated MacEwan University with a Bachelor of Commerce. Over the past year, he worked as a VP of Finance for a large residential owner in Edmonton where he oversaw all financial records and projected future financial plans. In his spare time he enjoys spending time in the mountains, trying new restaurants and biking around Edmonton’s trails.

Alida started with Greystone in 2016 as a Property Administrator and providing clerical support to the Corporate Services Group, and has more than eight years’ experience as an administrative assistant at a property development company. She has a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Toronto, and a Masters of Library and Information Science from the University of Alberta. Alida loves to walk and tend to her garden in the summers, and spends time with her grandchildren, playing bridge, watching movies, movies, and reading when she’s not at work.
