- Develop proformas for new projects to determine feasibility, rental rates, and yield.
- Manage planning (land or building use, zoning, sub-divisions, servicing agreements), and engineering and support consultants (geotechnical, environmental, biophysical, etc.) for new developments.
- Negotiate construction agreements, development, and building permits, with municipalities.
- Obtain pricing, negotiate contracts, coordinate trades; coordinate utilities, maintain progress on site, and create daily action plans.
- Manage budget, construction costs, change orders, schedules, tenant coordination, and daily tasks during construction.
